Please note that the following steps should only be taken after you have contacted our support team. Any refunds taken without contacting the support team will result in the contents of the purchase being removed from your profile whether the purchase was successful or not.
To request a refund from AppStore, please do the following:
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Sign in with your Apple ID and Password
- Tap "I'd like to," and choose "Request a refund."
- Select the reason why you would like a refund
- Choose the item or subscription you'd like to refund and click "Submit".
Cancelling a purchase will only be possible during the 14 days after the receipt is issued. You should receive this refund in five to seven working days.
