Inbox Messages are where you will receive news and messages directly from the Support or Community Teams, such as Community Event messages or messages from our Support Team regarding an issue you may have experienced.
To access your Inbox Messages, please follow these steps:

Tap the side-menu arrow, located halfway up the right-hand of the screen, so that the side-menu is brought into the display.

Tap on the INBOX tab shown in the top-right corner.

You should now see a list of any inbox messages that you currently have. If no messages are displayed, then you either have no inbox messages or previous inbox messages have now expired.
